K. B. Chandrasekhar, CEO and Chairman
K.B. Chandrasekhar ("Chandra") founded Jamcracker in 1999, and was also co-founder and Chairman of e4e Inc., a business process outsourcing company. In the mid-1990s, Chandra founded Exodus Communications, which he led to become the leading provider of enterprise hosting services. The company went public in 1998 in one of the most successful IPO's of the late 90's, and in 1999 Chandra was honored as the Ernst & Young Northern California Entrepreneur of the Year.

Gary Willis, Vice President, Sales
Gary has extensive experience in leading software and services sales teams focused on enterprise IT organizations and service providers. Prior to Jamcracker, he was 
VP of Sales at Sterling Software.  Gary has also built and led sales and professional services teams for QAD, a provider of software and services for global manufacturing companies, as well as Kintana (acquired by Mercury Interactive, now part of HP) and INTERMEC Technologies.

Steve Crawford, Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
Steve was formerly CMO for PKWARE, where he repositioned the company as a cross-platform data security provider, resulting in 10X revenue growth over 3 years. He was previously with VeriSign during its growth from pre-IPO to over $2B in revenues, where he led strategic alliances, launched its enterprise solutions product-line, and grew its service provider business to over $200M.  Steve previously led marketing and business development at Octel (acquired by Lucent) and R&D programs at Lockheed Martin.

Simon Rowell, Vice President, Customer Advocacy
Simon has held executive leadership positions in Client Services and Product Strategy teams for organizations ranging from early start-ups to multi-national corporations and institutions, including BEA, Dun & Bradstreet, the European Space Agency and Grand Central Communications. Simon brings to Jamcracker significant field experience in enterprise systems integration, cloud computing, large-scale project management and successful delivery of client systems.

Mahendra Soneji, Vice President, Product Management
Mahendra was previously VP of Product Management with Covad Communications, where he was responsible for enhancing existing offers and developing new solutions that increased revenues and profitability for Covad and its partners. Prior to Covad, he led Product Management at IP Unity Glenayre and was responsible for product marketing and management of the company’s applications.

Vinay Bhardwaj, Vice President, Engineering
Vinay joined Jamcracker in 2000, coming from Oracle where he led the development of their Internet Applications and CRM integration products. Prior to this, Vinay was with TCS, Asia's largest independent software and services organization, where he led the development and implementation of ERP and custom applications for financial services, health care, and government markets.

Jagdish Reddy, Vice President, Products & Solutions Architecture
Prior to joining Jamcracker in 2000, Jagdish was with EDS where he led the technical architecture definition, development and delivery of highly scalable web-based application services for Fortune 1000 enterprise clients. Previously Jagdish was a lead engineer at TCS where he was responsible for developing CASE based tools that simplified and standardized the execution of customer-facing projects across TCS.

Vaidhya Raman, Vice President, Services Delivery
Vaidhya was previously VP Technical Operations for Pronto Networks, with responsibiltiies encompassing applications and network operations, technical solutions and support, professional services, project management and field operations. He has also led network and data center operations for LaunchPad Software, Oman International Bank, Computer World WLL, TVS Electronics and Sterling Computer.

Rhonda Ryan, Vice President, Finance and Administration
Prior to joining Jamcracker in 2003, Rhonda was responsible for finance, administration and human resources operations at Mindmaker, a provider of speech-recognition development platforms.  Previously, she held similar leadership roles at InnoMedia, an early pioneer in the IP telephony market, as well as other organizations.

Manish Jain, Managing Director, India Operations
Manish directs all aspects of Jamcracker's operations in India.  He joined Jamcracker in 2001 and in 2004 he spearheaded the expansion of Jamcracker's business by establishing an operations and development center in Bangalore and more recently Chennai. Previously Manish was with TCS and has over 15 years experience in implementing offshore delivery centers, global delivery management, product development and building / managing integrated teams.
